We teach functional and practical movement patterns and our workouts are designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual. We welcome everyone at any level of fitness.

Dr. Autumn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. Dr. Authumn received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Colorado Mesa University in 2019. Where is took an interest in small-town medicine and effective pain management.

Dr. Authumn believes that effective healing requires time to build direct therapeutic relationships with patients. With so many hardworking people struggling with illness, long waits, and rushed visits, Dr. Authumn set out to build a place where every decision serves to make quality primary care more personal, convenient and valuable. Dr. Authumn is driven to make Frontier Medicine the place where direct, caring relationships help families to live healthier and happier lives.

Dr. Authumn has two beautiful girls and a loving husband. When she not caring for patients she is enjoying adventures with her family.
